Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and production, to ensure the successful execution of client projects
- Aid in creating and preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports, showcasing campaign progress, results, and recommendations for optimisation.
- Assist in gathering feedback from clients and making necessary adjustments to projects to meet their expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and client servicing
- Support the team in managing multiple projects across mainline and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Copy, Design, Social Media, and Production to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills Preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and organisational abilities.
- Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
