Job Description — Client Relations Manager

Copper Trunk is a boutique, end-to-end interior design studio based in Bangalore, with 16+ years of experience and 100+ homes delivered. We don't just design spaces — we design around how people live, backed by in-house craftsmanship and full turnkey execution from concept to handover.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Client Relations Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their design journey — from the first inquiry to project handover and beyond. You'll be the human bridge between our design/execution teams and the families who trust us with their homes.
What You'll Do
Manage inbound inquiries and guide prospective clients through the early conversations — understanding their needs, budget, and timeline
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate between clients and internal design/execution teams to ensure expectations are aligned and communicated clearly
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and ownership
Support post-handover relationships — check-ins, referrals, and repeat business
Maintain CRM records of client interactions, project status, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in client relations, account management, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role (interior design/real estate background is a plus, not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence — able to read a room (or a client's hesitation) and respond with empathy
Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate
