Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Content, Social Media, SEO, ORM, and Design.
- Prepare and share campaign updates, reports, presentations, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.
- Participate in client meetings and calls and maintain proper communication records.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle clients professionally, including during challenging situations.
- Preferred Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or ORM company.
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, ORM, and Online Reputation Management
