Client Relationship Executive – Premium Matchmaking
Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk is looking for a confident, warm, and well-spoken **Client Relationship Executive** to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, understands the importance of empathy and confidentiality, and can build strong relationships with clients.
You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, coordinate with our internal team, and ensure they receive a smooth and premium experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle client interactions through **WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Understand client requirements and communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client servicing
- Maintain accurate client records and basic data
- Support basic content/design requirements using Canva
- Handle client information with **confidentiality and sensitivity
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, articulate, and presentable
- Warm, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with people
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and follow-ups
- Comfortable working from the Ahmedabad office
Experience That Can Be an Advantage
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Counselling or people-facing roles
- Premium/Luxury Services
- Matchmaking or Dating Industry
- Freshers with excellent communication and the right attitude are also welcome to apply.
Bonus Skills
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets
- Basic data management
- Previous experience in the matchmaking/relationship industry
