Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join a growing boutique wealth advisory firm in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have experience engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs/UHNIs), generating their own leads, building strong client relationships, and managing client acquisition and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
✅ Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, corporate events, premium communities, and professional associations.
✅ Manage the complete client acquisition and onboarding process.
✅ Coordinate KYC, documentation, and account setup.
✅ Develop referral partnerships with corporates, RWAs, clubs, and other networks.
✅ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve AUM-linked business targets.
Required Experience:

- Luxury Real Estate Sales
- Home Loans / LAP / LAS
- Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / IFA
- Insurance Sales – HNI Clients
- Luxury Automobile Sales
- Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales
Must-Have Skills:
- Direct HNI/UHNI client engagement and onboarding experience.
- Proven ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of financial products and investments is an added advantage.
