About the role
Digiitup is hiring a full-time Client & Digital Operations Associate for our Bhubaneswar office.
This is an entry-level role for a fresher or early-career professional who is comfortable learning new tools, using AI practically, communicating professionally and handling different digital and operational responsibilities.
This is not a narrowly defined data-entry or social-media position. You will work across client coordination, research, AI-assisted execution, websites, documentation and internal digital workflows.
What you will work on
• Client coordination and professional follow-ups
• AI-assisted research, drafting and information organisation
• Google Sheets, Docs and structured internal documentation
• Website checking, content verification and basic QA coordination
• Online research and converting findings into usable outputs
• Canva and basic content-support tasks
• Maintaining trackers, follow-ups and operational records
• Learning new digital tools and workflows as required
• Identifying simple problems and attempting solutions before escalating them
Who we're looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
• Learn independently and quickly
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Have practical familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Are comfortable with Google Sheets and common digital tools
• Pay attention to details
• Can take ownership of assigned work
• Are comfortable working from our Bhubaneswar office
• Are available for a full-time Monday–Saturday schedule
Experience
Fresher to 1 year.
No specific degree is mandatory. Graduates, final-year candidates who can commit to the full-time schedule, and practical self-learners are welcome to apply.
We care more about practical ability, communication, learning speed, reliability and judgement than a particular academic background.

Compensation
₹16,000–₹20,000 gross fixed per month, depending on fit and demonstrated capability.
Selection process
Application → Shortlisting → 45–60 minute fictional/internal practical assessment → Founder interview → Final decision.
The practical assessment does not involve unpaid client work.
