About Flam
Flam is building the next generation of Interactive Native Ads that make digital advertising more engaging, performant, and measurable. Our platform enables brands, publishers, and advertisers to create rich, interactive advertising experiences across web and mobile.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for an Engineering & Product Operations Associate who will help streamline execution across Engineering, Product, and Sales.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working directly with the VP of Engineering, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Sales teams. About the Role
Startups move fast. Priorities change. New customer requests arrive daily. Features evolve rapidly. Our engineers and product managers should spend their time building products—not chasing documentation, updating trackers, preparing presentations, or coordinating dozens of follow-ups.

If you enjoy working with smart people, love organizing complexity, are passionate about productivity, and thrive in an environment where every day is different, you'll love this role.

- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success.
