Raiden Creative is a growing creative agency helping businesses build stronger brands through content, creativity and digital experiences.
We work across Video Production, Photography, Social Media, Branding, Websites, Content Strategy and AI Content Creation.
We're looking for a Client Acquisition Executive who can help us find businesses that need what we do — and turn conversations into clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients and businesses
- Research and build prospect lists
- Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media
- Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand their marketing/content requirements
- Present relevant Raiden Creative services
- Schedule meetings and consultations
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Maintain a simple lead pipeline
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident communicating with business owners
- Good at conversations and relationship building
- Persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Consistent with follow-ups
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Curious about businesses, marketing and creative work
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with people.
Sales or business-development experience is an advantage.

Compensation
Fixed + Performance Incentives
Additional incentives for successful client conversions may be offered based on performance.
