Designation: Key Account Manager / Client Account Manager
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift Timing: Eastern Standard Time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you'll own client relationships from the first design conversation through closing of the deal. You'll translate what a client actually needs — their space, their budget, their brand — into a booth design and quote they're excited to sign off on, while keeping every deal on your desk moving forward. This is a full-cycle, high-touch role for someone who's equally comfortable on a client call and inside a spreadsheet.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▪ Run discovery calls with clients to capture design requirements — layout, furniture, AV, storage, branding, and more.
▪ Present tiered design and pricing options, including rental-versus-purchase comparisons, tailored to each client's budget.
▪ Build itemized quotes, apply discounts and payment terms accurately, and catch pricing errors before they reach a client.
▪ Keep deals moving through our CRM — accurate records, signed contracts, and a clean pipeline.
▪ Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence so no lead or pending approval falls through the cracks.
▪ Partner closely with our design and estimation teams to turn around renders and revisions on deadline.
▪ Join daily team check-ins to share status, flag blockers, and keep everyone aligned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▪ 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing coordination role.
▪ Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a pricing tradeoff clearly and warmly.
▪ Comfort with numbers: reading a budget, building a quote, spotting a calculation error.
▪ Experience with a CRM (NetSuite a plus) and general tech fluency — you pick up new systems quickly.
▪ Highly organized, with the discipline to run persistent, structured follow-up across many open deals at once.
▪ Comfortable interpreting design renders or CAD layouts (prior exposure to trade show, events, or construction/design industries is a plus, but not required).
