A reputed construction company is looking for an experienced Surveyor (Civil) to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct land, plot and boundary measurements.
Carry out topographical surveys and prepare site contour information.
Set out building lines, centre lines and foundation lines.
Check floor levels, setbacks, dimensions, elevations and alignment.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers and clients/landowners.
Required Skills
Practical experience with Total Station, Auto Level, Theodolite and GPS/DGPS.
Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and survey software.
Experience in residential construction surveying.
Willingness to travel throughout Assam.
Eligibility
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Survey Engineering.
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred, but not mandatory.
2–3 years of practical experience in residential construction.
