Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities, including site inspections, execution supervision, coordination with contractors and suppliers, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, assisting in design implementation, supporting project planning and scheduling, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, other engineers, and field teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design for planning, analyzing, and implementing structural and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and Stormwater Management for site layout, drainage design, and sustainable water management solutions.
- Candidates should be experienced Civil Engineers with the ability to work on multidisciplinary construction projects and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, safety standards, and applicable codes; familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, design and analysis tools) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
