Role Description The Civil Engineer – Site Supervision role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cuddalore. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Civil Engineer will coordinate with contractors, site staff, and project managers to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities include verifying materials and workmanship, documenting site activities, assisting in planning and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project coordination.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure systems.
- Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, safety practices, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with site teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in site supervision for real-estate or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
