Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil AutoCAD Designer / Junior Civil Engineer / Architectural Assistant with practical knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D & 3D drafting, civil construction, and residential/commercial building layouts.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and updating civil and architectural drawings according to project requirements.
Candidates from Varanasi and nearby areas will be preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Varanasi are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop residential, commercial, and other building layouts.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detailed construction drawings.
- Read and interpret architectural and civil construction drawings.
- Make drawing revisions based on site requirements and instructions from senior engineers/architects.
- Assist in preparing construction and working drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with the site construction team.
- Take site measurements and incorporate actual dimensions into drawings.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, layouts, levels, scales, and other drawing details.
- Assist the Site Construction Engineer in resolving drawing-related issues at the site.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and revision records.
- Prepare basic 3D models and views as required.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AutoCAD and civil/construction-related drafting.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building planning and layouts.
- Ability to understand and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Basic understanding of civil construction and building components.
- Good knowledge of dimensions, measurements, scales, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work within project deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.

- Candidates currently residing in Varanasi will be preferred.
- Candidates from nearby areas of Varanasi are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from other cities/states who are ready and willing to relocate to Varanasi can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in residential houses, villas, commercial buildings, apartments, offices, or other construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be an advantage.
