Alfa Infotech is seeking a highly fluent Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer support to our international clients. We are looking for someone with excellent spoken Mandarin who has extensive experience communicating with native Chinese speakers in a professional environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, translation, interpretation, or any role requiring daily interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers. You should be able to understand different Chinese accents, communicate naturally, and resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate effectively with native Chinese-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Translate or interpret information accurately when required.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written Mandarin Chinese proficiency (native or near-native).
- Good command of English.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support, Translation, Interpretation, Language Services, or a similar role.
- Experience interacting with native Chinese speakers in a professional setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international BPO or customer service environment.
- Experience as a Mandarin Interpreter or Translator.
- HSK certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
