We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO for a fast-growing, profitable AI and education business.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Drive operating cadence, business reviews, dashboards, and accountability across functions.
- Lead the Business Intelligence team and build a reliable, data-driven view of the business.
- Improve forecasting, execution, and decision-making across the organisation.
- Take ownership of new initiatives and step in wherever the business needs you.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a bias for action.
- Someone comfortable challenging senior leaders and driving accountability.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into action.
📍 Location: Bangalore | 5 days a week in office
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
