Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ProductionVibes will lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing key business functions, including finance, operations, sales, and long-term planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing senior leadership, building client and partner relationships, and ensuring projects align with the company’s quality and design standards. The CEO will monitor business performance, approve major investments, guide budgeting and resource allocation, and represent the company at high-level meetings and industry events. The role also requires fostering a positive work culture, driving innovation in event production, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in Finance and budgeting, with the ability to interpret financial reports and support sustainable growth.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, ensuring efficient processes, resource utilization, and high-quality event delivery.
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with a track record of setting and executing long-term organizational strategies.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and business development, including client relationship management and market expansion.
- Leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams, mentoring senior managers, and promoting an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Prior executive-level experience in events, media, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
