Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The CEO will oversee overall business operations of the showroom, including sales performance, customer experience, financial results, and compliance with ŠKODA brand standards. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic direction, reviewing sales and operational metrics, guiding department heads, and ensuring efficient processes in finance, operations, and customer service. The CEO will develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with ŠKODA corporate teams, key customers, and partners. The role also involves leading organizational development, promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and business planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in operations management and strategic planning to optimize showroom performance and long-term growth.
- Proven sales leadership experience, with the ability to set targets, monitor results, and support high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute clear strategies, make data-driven decisions, and manage organizational change.
- Relevant senior leadership experience in automotive retail or related industries, preferably overseeing multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Delhi and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
