We are hiring for a MNC Company for Chat Support Role. Permanent Work From Home PAN India
Note :- Good English + 30 WPM Typing Speed Is Mandatatory
Job Role:- Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)
Domain:- E-Commerce – Chat
Location:- Permanent Work From Home
Job Type:- Contractual Job For 2 Months Only
Salary:- ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,800 In Hand) Per Month
Shifts:- Rotational Shifts
Work Days:- 6 Days A Week
Working Hours:- 9 Hours Shift
Week Offs:- 1 Rotational Week Off
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced – Both Can Apply
Requirements:
- Good English Communication
- Must have a knowledge of Customer Support
- Basic understanding of E-Commerce and Customer Service
- Good typing & multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates must be comfortable with Work From Home
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through chat support.
- Assist customers with E-Commerce related queries including orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, cancellations, etc.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate & timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication.
- Handle multiple chats efficiently while maintaining quality and response time.
- Follow process guidelines and deliver excellent customer experience.
Selection Process:

- Typing Test: 30 WPM – 90% Accuracy
