Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance, tax planning and filings, GST and TDS matters, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities. The Chartered Accountant will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for projects such as Emerald Park, and provide insights to management on cost control, cash flow, and profitability. The role also includes implementing and improving internal controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as projects, sales, and legal.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting and compliance skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (direct and indirect), GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Financial management and analysis skills: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and project-based financial analysis, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Technical and systems skills: Proficiency with accounting software (such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar), MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Audit, controls, and risk management skills: Ability to manage internal and external audits, establish internal controls, and monitor financial risks and process improvements.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to work closely with project, sales, and leadership teams and present financial insights clearly.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: Familiarity with real estate regulations and RERA compliance, experience in handling multiple entities or projects, and prior work in a mid-sized or growing organization.
