Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Chartered Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial accounting, including maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The role involves managing taxation and compliance, handling GST and other statutory filings, and coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits. The individual will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to manufacturing and sales operations, providing financial insights to management for decision-making. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing payables and receivables, implementing internal controls, and supporting financial risk management in a growing electric vehicle business.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification and strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in core accounting and finance, including ledger management, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Expertise in taxation and compliance, including GST, direct taxes, statutory filings, and familiarity with Indian regulatory requirements.
- Experience with audit processes, internal controls, and risk management, including coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Strong skills in accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel, and financial data analysis tools.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data for strategic business decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and leadership.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electric vehicle sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
