Role Description The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Ayurvedic center. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between reception, therapists, and support teams. The role involves handling client inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer care, and resolving concerns efficiently. The Center Manager monitors inventory and facility upkeep, supports local marketing initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and Ayurvedic treatment protocols. This position requires hands-on leadership, regular performance reviews, and continuous improvement of center processes to deliver a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre
• Drive centre revenue, sales performance and achievement of monthly business targets
• Manage customer experience, service quality and customer retention
• Lead and coordinate doctors, therapists, front-office and support teams
• Monitor appointments, treatment schedules, room utilization and daily operations
• Drive lead conversion, package sales, repeat business and local business development
• Handle customer queries, feedback and escalations effectively
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity and manpower requirements
• Ensure effective inventory management, stock control and cost optimization
• Coordinate centre-level marketing initiatives, promotions and corporate/local tie-ups
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, safety and operational standards
• Monitor billing, collections, discounts and daily financial reconciliation
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS and performance reports
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and process-improvement measures
