Dr. Paws is a chain of new-age veterinary clinics, headquartered in Bangalore. We aim to make visits to the vet, a friendly, homely, and comfortable experience. We do this by creating clinics with calming and welcoming interiors and providing extremely hospitable and caring services for pets and their parents. Our clinics have everything a pet parent would need under one roof (vet consults, grooming, pet retail, diagnostics, imaging, surgeries, etc.)

Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Center Manager who will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at our clinic. This full-time, on-site role requires effective management of center activities to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Managing customer experience in the clinic. Managing appointments Take feedback from pet parents about experience, and care and document the same.Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post appointment.Timely reminders to customers on treatment / appointment schedules of their fur babies
Clinic Sales:
Meeting Sales targets for the clinic - Retail and Non-retail (Grooming etc.)
Clinic Operations:
Timely Opening and Closing of the clinic.Ensuring punctuality of technicians, groomers, housekeeping, and other non-doctor staff.Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies and equipment, responsible for both stocking and re-orderingEnsure that we do daily audits of the clinic including all supplies and essentials.Maintaining Hygiene and ambiance of the clinic.
Requirements:
- Pet Friendly (Must have)2yr Experience as Center Manager in a good offline retail brand.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills analytical skills for understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cro ss-functional teams
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
