Role Description The Center Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Center Manager oversees daily operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, high service standards, and adherence to clinical and administrative protocols. This role involves supervising and guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, coordinating with medical staff, and monitoring resource utilization. The Center Manager also handles center-level reporting, supports budgeting and revenue targets, and drives initiatives to improve patient experience and operational performance. Collaboration with corporate teams, implementation of organizational policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional staff in a healthcare or service environment.
- Operational management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process improvement in a clinic or similar setting.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to foster a patient-centric culture and handle sensitive conversations empathetically.
- Administrative and reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards, basic regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices (experience in fertility or hospital settings is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, adapting to a fast-paced clinical environment and flexible schedules as required.
