🚨 We're Hiring | Centre Head – Siliguri 🚨
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to lead our Siliguri centre. If you have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, operations, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day centre operations
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets
• Ensure excellent student and parent experience
• Drive admissions, revenue, sales and operational excellence
• Monitor centre performance and maintain quality standards
Eligibility:
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred)
✔ 3–5+ years of experience in centre operations, sales, or team management
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Experience in the education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage
✔ Candidates from Siliguri or nearby areas are preferred
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
