Job Responsibilities
- Handle contract signing, track the arrival of purchase orders, resolve abnormalities, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with business and demand departments to address delivery and quality abnormalities of materials/services provided by suppliers (including routine issues and those within the contract scope).
- Formulate supplier payment schedules, conduct account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and implement other risk control measures.
- Communicate with various internal departments to accurately and timely transmit procurement requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Responsible for supplier sourcing, contract signing and delivery management in the India region.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
- Working experience in procurement within the wind power or related industries.
- Work location: India.
- At least 3 years of procurement working experience.
