- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in procurement or purchasing management within manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries, with knowledge of flexible packaging and/or flexo printing materials.
- Skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, including building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
