Glusvox is expanding its USA Staffing & Recruitment team and is looking for a professional, confident, and results-oriented Career Advisor Specialist to join our growing organization.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent candidate-handling abilities, and a solid understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and visa/work authorization categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with U.S.-based job seekers and understand their career objectives, experience, and job preferences.
- Provide professional career guidance based on candidate profiles and available opportunities.
- Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles for relevant job opportunities.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of U.S. visa types and employment authorization, including OPT, STEM OPT, H-4 EAD, Green Card, and U.S. Citizen status.
- Understand candidate work authorization and align candidates with appropriate employment opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate with recruiters and internal placement teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate follow-ups regarding applications, interviews, and recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 1+ year of relevant experience in U.S. staffing, recruitment, career counseling, talent acquisition, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of U.S. visa categories and work authorization is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based candidates and professionals.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience.
