Job Title: Captain
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to join our hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service operations and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Supervise and guide the service team.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
- Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service standards and restaurant hygiene.
- Assist in training and managing team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
