Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage CAPEX / Fixed Asset additions in SAP
• Process asset deletions/retirements and ensure proper accounting
• Handle asset transfers, capitalization and de-capitalization as required
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of Fixed Asset transactions
• Coordinate with relevant teams for CAPEX approvals, documentation and capitalization
• Perform Fixed Asset reconciliation with the General Ledger
• Review and maintain Fixed Asset master data
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities related to Fixed Assets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports and supporting documentation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to Fixed Assets and CAPEX
