We’re hiring: Campaign Associate (Loss & Damage / Climate Finance)
The Fill the Fund campaign is mobilizing global civil society to demand adequate, equitable, and grant-based climate finance for frontline communities. We are looking for an organized, proactive Campaign Associate to support our international coalition coordination, policy research, and campaign communications.
📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-person, 5 days/week)
⏳ Type: Short-Term Consultancy (8 months, extendable)
💰 Remuneration: INR 60,000 / month (consolidated)
🗓️ Application Deadline: Friday, 9 October 2026
🚀 Target Start Date: 2 November 2026
What You’ll Own:
* Coordinate multi-timezone coalition working groups, partner sign-ons, and global advocacy milestones.
* Track international climate governance and policy developments around the Fund for responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD).
* Draft briefings, rapid-response campaign materials, and cross-platform digital content (X, LinkedIn, BlueSky).
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-3 years of experience in climate advocacy, policy, campaigning, or communications (preferably with international NGOs or networks).
* Solid grounding in UNFCCC processes, climate justice, and Loss & Damage finance architecture.
* Strong project coordination and written English communication skills.
