Job Type: Full-time | On-site
We are looking for confident and customer-focused Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain loan and credit card products, and assist customers with the initial application process.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries.
* Explain loan and credit card products, eligibility, and basic terms.
* Capture customer details and update leads in the CRM.
* Follow up with customers and coordinate with the sales/operations team.
* Handle basic objections and queries professionally.
* Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
* Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
* Good communication and telephone etiquette.
* Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
* Target-oriented and organized approach.
* Willingness to learn loan, credit card, and basic banking products.
* Prior telecalling, call centre, or financial services experience is preferred.
* Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
