📢 Hiring: Logistics NDR Calling Executive
We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused NDR Calling Executive to join our Logistics Operations team.
📍 Location: Udaipur
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years (Logistics / E-commerce / NDR Calling preferred)
🕐 Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for NDR/undelivered shipments.
- Understand the reason for non-delivery and confirm the customer's availability.
- Coordinate delivery re-attempts with customers and courier partners.
- Handle cases such as customer unavailable, delivery refusal, wrong address, OTP issues, etc.
- Follow up on pending NDR shipments to prevent RTO.
- Update customer responses and call remarks accurately in the system/MIS.
- Maintain daily calling and delivery performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners for timely resolution.
- Work towards improving NDR conversion and reducing RTO.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication skills, Fluent English preferred.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Prior experience in Logistics/E-commerce/NDR Calling will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible approach.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
