Role Description The Cafe Manager at Naked Fruits will oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and safe environment for guests and team members. This full-time, on-site role is based in Addaguta, Kukataplly and includes responsibilities such as supervising staff, organizing schedules, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Cafe Manager will manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, monitor cash handling, and support sales initiatives to meet revenue targets. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, training team members on service and product knowledge, and enforcing hygiene, safety, and company policies. The Cafe Manager will collaborate with leadership to implement promotional activities and continuously improve overall cafe performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver excellent guest experiences and drive cafe revenue.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Experience managing staff in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
- Comfort with basic POS systems and reporting; ability to analyze daily sales and operational metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or food service qualification is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by cafe operations.
