Cabin Crew Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions for Cabin Crew aspirants.
- Train students in aviation grooming, customer service, safety procedures, emergency handling, and airline standards.
- Conduct personality development, communication skills, and interview preparation sessions.
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and airline recruitment activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual coaching and feedback.
- Develop and update training materials in line with current aviation industry standards.
- Support placement activities and airline recruitment drives.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Cabin Crew, Senior Cabin Crew, Aviation Trainer, or related aviation professional.
- Previous training experience in aviation academies or airlines is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong knowledge of aviation etiquette, grooming standards, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Graduate in any discipline (Aviation/Hospitality background preferred).
- Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
Preferred Skills
- Airline recruitment and interview coaching experience.
- Personality development and soft skills training.
- Training certification or IATA-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
