Role Description The Business Professional role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves supporting client engagements by analyzing business requirements, preparing documentation, and assisting with enlistment and vendor registration processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing timelines for submissions, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards. The Business Professional will help develop business plans, track project progress, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes. Daily tasks also include handling client inquiries, providing service updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess gaps, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to contribute to proposals, project plans, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure a professional consulting experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, and documentation software) and comfort working with online registration portals.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in consulting, documentation, vendor registration, or related domains, especially in industrial or hospitality sectors, is an advantage.
