Role Description The Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Business Partner will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition, development, and support of distribution partners and advisors. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding new partners, providing training and guidance on products and sales processes, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of business targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to implement sales strategies, resolving partner queries, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. The Business Partner will also analyze market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement in sales practices and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills to acquire and nurture distribution partners.
- Solid understanding of financial services or life insurance products, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to partners and customers.
- Competence in planning, target setting, and performance monitoring, including basic data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on customer-centric and ethical practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage field activities, and adapt to a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English, and familiarity with standard office and CRM tools.
