Job details:
We’re looking for someone who wants to get into everything.
Aidentifi is building an AI-native way of running an executive search business, and we’re looking for an unusually organised, commercially curious operator to work closely with the CEO.
This is not a traditional finance or administrative role.
You’ll work across commercial operations, resource utilisation, contracts, workflows, research, presentations and CEO priorities. Importantly, you’ll also become a driver and navigator of our internal operating system, helping us run the business through it and continuously make it better.
What you’ll do
- Run & improve the operating system
- Become a power user and day-to-day operator of Aidentifi’s AI driven internal operating system
- Make sure mandates, priorities, information and follow-ups move through the system properly
- Spot where processes break, information gets lost or people work around the system
- Work with our business and technology teams to improve workflows, automation and AI assistance
- Test new ways of working in the real world and help turn what works into repeatable processes
- Help us answer a simple question: how should an AI-native company actually operate?
Business & commercial operations
- Analyse resource utilisation, client economics and business performance
- Support proposals, contracts, commercial decisions, invoicing and collections
- Build useful dashboards, analyses and management information
- Coordinate across clients, teams and external partners
- Find operational gaps and take ownership of fixing them
CEO’s Office
- Help translate priorities into execution
- Keep important decisions, commitments and follow-ups moving
- Prepare presentations, analyses and briefing materials
- Research companies, industries, business ideas and investments
- Get rapidly up to speed on unfamiliar topics and turn messy information into a structured point of view
- Help prioritise what actually deserves attention
And plenty that isn't listed here.
The breadth is intentional.
Who we’re looking for
We want someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Commercially curious and comfortable with numbers
- Good at creating structure from ambiguity
- Strong with Excel and PowerPoint
- Interested in AI, technology and automation
- A clear writer and communicator
- Able to move comfortably between analysis and execution
- Fast at learning unfamiliar subjects
- High-agency and comfortable figuring things out
- The kind of person who notices when something doesn't work and wants to fix it
A CA/accounting, finance, consulting or similarly rigorous background could be particularly relevant, but this is not an accounting position. Our accounting and compliance work is handled by external professionals.
We're interested in the discipline those backgrounds can develop: numerical fluency, reliability, structured thinking and attention to detail.
Why this role is different
You'll have an unusual vantage point across the company.
You'll see the commercial side of the business, its numbers, customers, people, systems and decisions. At the same time, you'll help us figure out how AI, automation and good operating discipline can change the way a company actually works.
You won't just use the operating system.
You'll help us learn how it should work.
For someone early in their career who ultimately wants to become a BizOps leader, Chief of Staff, general manager, COO or entrepreneur, that's a pretty interesting place to sit.
If your reaction to something unfamiliar is:
“Let me understand it, structure it and figure it out.”
We'd like to hear from you.
