Build a Fashion Jewellery Business With Us
INTICEDE is entering the Fashion Jewellery business, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial, fashion-driven professional who can help us build and manage this new business vertical from the ground up.
The business will operate across both B2B and B2C channels, with responsibilities spanning: Sourcing → Product Selection → Merchandising → Branding → Marketing → Sales → eCommerce → Operations → Growth
We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply want to manage a job, but is excited about the opportunity to build a business.
The Role
As Business Manager – Fashion Jewellery, you will work closely with the Founder and take end-to-end responsibility for developing the Fashion Jewellery vertical at INTICEDE.
You will identify what products to sell, where to source them, how to position them, how to market them and ultimately how to build a profitable and scalable business.
Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Merchandising
- Identify and source exciting Fashion Jewellery collections from India and international markets.
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, designers, wholesalers and suppliers.
- Attend exhibitions, sourcing fairs and jewellery markets in India and overseas.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, quality, packaging and commercial terms.
- Develop seasonal and trend-driven collections.
- Continuously identify new products, designs, materials and emerging categories.
- Manage product costing, margins and pricing.
Fashion & Trend Intelligence
You should have a strong eye for Fashion Jewellery and understand what customers will want next.
- Follow Indian and international jewellery trends.
- Track fashion movements, colours, materials and styling trends.
- Monitor competitors, influencers, celebrities and social media.
- Identify fast-moving and emerging product categories.
- Translate trends into commercially viable collections.
B2B Business Development
Develop Fashion Jewellery business with:
- Fashion & Lifestyle Retailers
- Multi-brand Stores
- Boutiques
- Distributors & Wholesalers
- Corporate Buyers
- Online Sellers
- Fashion Brands
Build relationships, present collections, generate enquiries and convert them into long-term business.
B2C & eCommerce
Help build our direct-to-consumer business through:
- Own eCommerce Website
- Online Marketplaces
- Social Commerce
- Instagram & other digital channels
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, customer experience and online merchandising.
Brand Building & Marketing
- Help create the identity and positioning of the Fashion Jewellery business.
- Develop campaigns and collection launches.
- Work on social media strategy and content.
- Coordinate product photography, videos and creative campaigns.
- Explore influencer and creator collaborations.
- Develop innovative ways to acquire and engage customers.
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Set and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new sales channels and partnerships.
- Monitor product/category performance.
- Analyse margins, inventory and sales data.
- Develop strategies to scale successful products and categories.
Operations
Take ownership of day-to-day business operations including:
- Inventory
- Order Processing
- Packaging
- Dispatch

Ensure a seamless journey from supplier to customer.
