Introspect Labs is building PersonaMatrix.ai, a video-first character intelligence platform for Media, OTT, Streaming and MicroDrama.
PersonaMatrix transforms entertainment content into structured character, relationship, emotion and story intelligence to enable AI character experiences, discovery, engagement and monetization.
We are currently building our POC and expect it to be ready in the next couple of months. We are looking for a business-focused Co-Founder & CEO to work alongside the technical founding team and help take PersonaMatrix from POC → pilots → customers → fundraising.
What You’ll Own
- Identify and engage potential OTT, Studio and MicroDrama design partners
- Lead founder-driven enterprise sales and customer discovery
- Convert early conversations into pilots and commercial opportunities
- Shape GTM, positioning, pricing and business model
- Build strategic partnerships with content owners and media platforms
- Lead investor outreach and fundraising preparation
- Represent PersonaMatrix with customers, partners and investors
- Build the commercial organization as the company grows
Who We’re Looking For
Someone with strong experience and relationships across Media, OTT, Streaming, MicroDrama, Entertainment Technology or Enterprise SaaS.
You should bring strength in:
- Enterprise B2B sales
- Media/OTT industry relationships
- Strategic partnerships
- GTM and positioning
- Customer discovery and commercialization
- Fundraising / investor engagement
- Building businesses from an early stage
Experience as a Founder, CEO, CBO, CRO, Business Head or senior Media/OTT executive would be highly relevant.
Founder Structure
This is a full-time, equity-only Co-Founder opportunity at the current stage. There is no salary initially.
We are looking for someone who wants to build PersonaMatrix from an early stage and take meaningful ownership of its commercial success.
The right candidate will receive meaningful co-founder equity, based on experience, commitment, contribution and founder vesting.
