About Us
Yash Interior & Construction is a leading interior design and construction company specializing in premium residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional projects. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive business growth, generate quality leads, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and convert high-value clients in the Interior Design, Construction, and Real Estate sectors.
- Meet architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, and property consultants to build strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven Business Development experience in Interior Designing, Construction, or Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of project sales and B2B business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must possess a professional personality with strong client-handling abilities.
Preferred Candidate
- Existing network with architects, builders, corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
