We at Appexigo are looking for Deputy Manager / Manager/AVP in Business development and sales role.
Location : Noida and Bangalore
Work Experience : 2 – 5 years. (Employee verification/HR tech )
• Acquisition of new Client in Employee Background Verification.(HR)
• Business Development through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Internet searches,
Professional network and maintaining healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the
lead to hot/warm lead.
• Handling RFPs, Generating new Business Leads, Conducting prospect research, Developing
& Delivering Corporate Presentations
• Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CEO/VP/Director/Head
HR/Functional head level of prospect organizations and converting the same tobusiness deals.
• Using Social Media to generate lead and create brand awareness
• Exploring and monitoring market trends to identify profitable business opportunities and
developing new clients.
• Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to
customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
