Business Development – Property Acquisition
About ELUNO:
ELUNO is a premium eyewear retail brand, currently expanding its retail presence across Bangalore.
We are looking for a proactive individual for a 2–3 month contract role to support our retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential retail properties across different areas of Bangalore.
- Travel across locations to scout suitable properties for our stores.
- Coordinate with property owners and brokers and share property details with the team.
Requirements:
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling across Bangalore.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Prior experience in property acquisition/real estate is a plus.
