We are looking for an energetic Sales / Business Development professional who can help us acquire clients in the Hospitality & Dental sectors.
This is a performance-based opportunity with NO fixed salary.
If you are good at finding businesses, reaching decision-makers, pitching services and closing deals, you can earn directly from the clients you bring.
🎯 What You'll Do
Your job is simple:
Find → Connect → Pitch → Follow Up → Close
You will:
• Identify potential hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés and dental clinics
• Find and approach the decision-makers
• Pitch our digital marketing, social media, content and creative services
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Coordinate with our team during the sales process
• Help convert prospects into paying clients
🤝 What We Handle
Once the client is closed, our team takes over the execution.
We handle:
• Strategy
• Social media management
• Content creation
• Graphic design
• Reels & video editing
• Campaigns
• Client servicing
• Delivery & execution
You sell. We deliver.
You don't have to become a social media manager or create the client's content.
💰 How You Earn
Commission-based — no fixed salary.
You earn a commission for every new client you successfully bring to the agency.
Example:
If you bring a client paying ₹25,000/month, you earn a commission based on the agreed structure once the client's payment is received.
The more clients you close, the more you earn.

• Sales / Business Development
• Digital Marketing Sales
• Hospitality Sales & Marketing
• Hotel / Resort Sales
• Dental / Healthcare Marketing
• B2B Sales
• Agency Sales
• Freelance Consulting
Existing relationships with hotel owners, hospitality professionals, dentists or clinic owners are a major advantage.
You don't need a huge network.
We need someone who knows how to approach a prospect, create interest and close business.

Pan India — Remote
You can work from anywhere.
