🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, corporate clients, travel agencies, education consultants, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
- Explore new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- B.Com graduate from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
- Ability to independently manage a sales territory and generate new business.
