Hiring: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)
Location: Remote across India
We're looking for a hunter, not just a salesperson.
If you've built business with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, or Direct Clients and know how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in the US Staffing industry, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
- Bring in new Tier-1 vendors & Direct Clients
- Grow existing accounts and drive revenue
- Build long-term client relationships
- Partner with delivery teams for successful closures
- Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in US Staffing business development
- Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors/MSPs/Direct Clients
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
