✅ Must-Have Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales / Business Development
• Hands-on experience with all major bidding platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation
• Experience with lead research, email outreach, proposal submission, and client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth
