About the Role
SPL is seeking a Business Development Manager to engage with prospective clients seeking U.S. immigration solutions and guide them through the firm's legal services. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role: you will be the person who takes a prospect from initial interest and confusion about “which visa is right for me” to a confident, informed decision to engage SPL and then hands off a well qualified, well prepared client to the attorney team. You'll need to be equally comfortable discussing immigration pathways in depth, running a disciplined sales process, and building the kind of trust that a life-changing legal decision requires.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals, background, and eligibility profile.
• Present relevant U.S. immigration pathways (such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, and L-1) and clearly explain the firm's services and process.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through client onboarding.
• Follow up with leads, address queries and objections, and convert prospects into engaged clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for consultations booked, client retention, and revenue generated.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the operations team to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated client experience from first contact through case handoff.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, immigration services, legal services, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience handling international clients and virtual consultations.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, and other visa pathways is a strong plus.
Shift Timings
Employees shall work 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM from home and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM from the office, and the Company may change these timings based on business and operational needs.
