About the Role
We are looking for a Business Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and build a strong sales pipeline for our architecture and interior design practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the company’s sales and business development pipeline
* Generate and convert leads into qualified projects
* Handle client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
* Build relationships with homeowners, developers, builders, and commercial clients
* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents
* Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
* Track sales targets, conversions, revenue, and business performance
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
* Maintain accurate CRM and lead-tracking systems
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Business Management
* BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification
* Mandatory experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or allied industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
* Ability to understand and communicate design, architecture, and interior solutions
* Target-oriented and proactive approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing design studio
