🚨 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
Balaji Flexi Pack Pvt. Ltd. | Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing B2B sales team and drive business growth in the Flexible Packaging & Plastic Film industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities
• Identify and approach customers across FMCG, Food, Dairy, Beverages, Paper, Packaging & Industrial sectors
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships
• Generate enquiries, quotations, trials and convert them into regular business
• Handle commercial negotiations and achieve sales targets
• Track market trends, competitors and customer requirements
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch & Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–8 years of B2B sales / business development experience
✅ Experience in Flexible Packaging / Plastics / Polymers / Industrial Products preferred
✅ Strong customer network and market knowledge will be an advantage
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
✅ Willingness to travel for customer meetings
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
