ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for PINC by identifying new business opportunities in Corporate Insurance, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
# Business Development: Drive sales across all Insurance Product Lines for Corporate segment.
# Strategy & Planning: Create and execute strategy to increase business across all lines. Set team targets and track performance.
# Team Support: Support the team where needed and ensure seamless client service delivery.
# Client & Insurer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and insurance companies.
# Cross-Selling: Work closely with other business lines to identify and drive cross-sell opportunities.
# Solution Structuring: Design and structure insurance solutions tailored for corporate clients.
# Presentations: Present policy coverages, risk analysis and recommendations to corporate and senior management.
# Insurer Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies at various levels for quote generation, coverage negotiation, and claims follow-ups.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED- Sound knowledge of Corporate, Retail, and other Insurance Products, Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills - Spoken & Written in English + Regional language preferred, Strong Presentation Skills for C-level and corporate audiences, Convincing & Influencing Ability to effectively interact with customers, team members & peers, Experience in insurance broking preferred.
